Today is the official launch day of The Pearl, your home for curiously good Kingdom literature.
We’re looking forward to publishing new fiction, essays, and poetry that prompt the hard questions of a faith-filled life.
Not every piece we publish will fit into the typical “Christian” box. This isn’t a publication for safe spaces. Our published work is written by Christian who are inspired by the Holy Spirit, and who want to help others draw closer to the Lord. That means that we don’t shy away from some of the difficult, complicated questions of life on Earth.
Within that framework, we strive to publish work from diverse viewpoints within the Christian faith. Not every published piece represents the perspective of the editorial team.
Please subscribe to The Pearl (click here) to receive a notification in your email inbox when we publish something new (usually about once a week). You can unsubscribe at any time, and we never share your information with third parties.
You can also follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to stay informed and participate.
We welcome comments on the short stories, essays, and poetry that we publish! Please participate and let us know what you think. If you love a piece, please share it!
We’re excited to represent Christian authors who want to break out of the old boxes and push boundaries, who want to produce work that asks hard questions, and who want to invite God into the hard stuff of human life.
Christian literature can be better, and we’re thankful to be a part of the evolution of the genre.
